Phytophthora cyperi is the pathogen of Cyperus malaccensis blight.This disease universally occur in Guangxi.It infects bracteal leaves,stalks and leaves of Cyperus malaccensis brevifolius.Physiological determination givesthe results:the temperature range for sporangia formation is 10-30℃,the optimal temperature is 15-25℃,under the saturated humidity condition.
