摘要

本文首次报道用免疫金染色和免疫金银染色对水稻细菌性条斑病病种的带菌部位及带菌量的研究。结果表明:病原细菌分布于谷壳、籽实皮、胚和胚乳,主要集中在谷壳上。谷壳外表带菌量多于内表面。籽实皮外表面由于受谷壳污染较之内表面的带菌量多。籽实皮内表面、胚和胚乳的带菌量均较少,差异不显著。谷壳、谷壳内表面、籽实皮、胚乳(或胚)的带菌量之比为36:13:9:1。

Abstract

The immuno-gold staining and immuno-gold silver staining methods were used for localizing and quantifying the pathogenic bacteria of the rice bacterial leaf streak in the tissue sections and in the extract of different parts of the infected rice seeds. The results showed that the bacteria existed on the outer and inner surfaces of the hull and the pericarp and testa and in the endosperm and the embryo. The number of bacteria decreased successively as the positions of the tissues got inner and inner; most of them were located outside the pericarp,the greatest majority of the bacteria was observed on the outer surface of the hull and only a few were found on the inner surface of the seed coat and in the embryo and endosperm. The proportions of their distribution on both the outer and inner surfaces of the hull,on the inner surface of the hull only, in the pericarp and testa and in the endosperm (or embryo) were found to be approximately as follows; 36:13:9:1.
